Jio Rs 399 Vs Airtel Rs 448 Vs Vodafone Rs 458 plans: Free data, unlimited calling and SMS compared

The ongoing tussle between Jio, Airtel and Vodafone intensify as they all try to tap into new users with their respective free data and unlimited calling plans. As a result of this competition, Vodafone announced a new Rs 458 plan for prepaid users that offers 70GB data and unlimited calling. So, let’s see what the benefits are and how it differs in terms of competition with Jio Rs 399 and Airtel Rs 458 plans.

First things first, Vodafone Rs 458 plan comes with a validity of 70 days. Hence it’s pretty obvious users should top up the plan every 70 days to retain its benefits. Vodafone Rs 458 plan offers unlimited calling (local, STD and roaming) in addition to 100 SMS per day (local and national). Furthermore, subscribers benefit from 70GB high-speed data with FUP of 1GB data per day.

Meanwhile, Reliance Jio has a similar 70 days plan for Rs 399. It offers unlimited calling (local/STD/roaming to all operators). Similar to Vodafone Rs 458 plan, Jio Rs 399 plan offers 70GB of 4G data. Users can access 1GB of 4G data per day. However, the speed will come down to 64kbps upon exceeding the limit. Jio users also make use of free SMS and subscription to other Jio apps.

Similarly, Airtel Rs 448 plan is all about 70 days validity, unlimited calling, 70GB of 4G data at 1GB data per day and 100 SMS per day. As far as the comparison is concerned, Jio Rs 399 plan seems clearly better than the likes of Airtel and Vodafone.
